For many people Alida and BP go hand in hand after a career spanning 30 years … however… moving to a new normal: as from July 1, I will start my 2nd career with my own company Houwing Consultancy:

- Consultancy
Focusing on strategic management (positioning, structure, culture), operations (customer & operational excellence, processes) and marketing (branding, operational marketing, loyalty) – especially in Energy and (Convenience) Retail.
.. with my backpack full of expertise and knowledge, thanks to all the great jobs I have done at BP and especially thanks to the great people I worked with all over the globe… and combining it with an entrepreneurial mind set.
Although I will make a shift in what I will do, I will not change how I work .. it’s all about the “trust equation”.. credible, reliable with a smile.
